LAWS

1. Cheating, stealing, online scams, or leaking private clan information will not be tolerated. This includes trainers or cheat programs with only minor exceptions to some games and under the advisement of that division Council Support. Making false accounts in order to help a score or status is also prohibited. These offences are charges as treason and members will be banned from the clan. This to be determined by the Highest Chain of Command.

2. No one shall be allowed to commit to another clan unless that member requests to leave the Aop clan, Only then can you join another clan.

3. During you're registration process you must be patient and soon when you have been accepted the Aop laws apply to you however trying to follow these rules before being accepted may improve you're chances of getting in.

4. During you're time in Aop you must have the Aop tag on you, Either in you're name i.e.: Smith Jones <Aop> Or another option is to have it within you're profile but you MUST have the Aop tag on at all times.

5.  If you feel for any reason that your membership to the clan has been compromised or you have been demoted or banned, any member may seek the proper advisement from the Divisional Leaders. If you still feel a fair decision has not been made you may then seek the Highest level advisement.

 

6.  We are all expected to treat other members with the highest respect and to carry Honour of the clan wherever you go.

• You will be kind, courteous, helpful and supportive of all members.
• You will be respectful to any person that visits any game channels not on our official enemy list. Treat them as guest and potential new member. Be welcoming.
• Unacceptable behaviour includes but not limited to, name calling, ridiculing, threatening, destructive public humiliation not of a joking or friendly manner toward any member of Aop or any associated alliances.
• You may lose privileges, ranks, titles, medals, status, access, and respect or even worse be kicked from the clan if you are caught and charged with this offence.

7.  Those who recruit new members must inform an elder, also when recruiting please make sure you spend an half an hour with them to make sure they are worth recruiting, if you don't wish to spend time with them, direct them to the site and tell them to use the join forum.

8.  You are fully responsible for any and all actions on your accounts within the forum and on the gaming networks. If someone gains access to your accounts and passwords and something occurs that could jeopardize the clan, your membership, titles, ranks or reputation, you will be held completely liable regardless of whoever was signed into your account at the time and consequences will be placed against you the account owner. NO EXCEPTIONS. Protect your Passwords, share them with no one.

Justice will be carried out by and are noted as follows:

* Any offence that occurs in your non-primary game will effect the rank of your primary game.
** You will be demoted by one rank for each offence. Once you are at the bottom of the ranks with no more to be demoted to you will be removed from the clan.
*** Banned regardless of holding rank.
**** Case by case banning or demotion could occur.

This is the Law,  
Break these laws and you will have serious consequences. 
So don't do it or face the wrath.
